Bullet Tests New Quarter Midget

The rumors are over. Seamus “Bullet” Sartori has officially taken delivery of his brand-new quarter midget for the 2026 season. On Independence Day, July 4, the Sartori Racing Team headed to the track for a private test session. There was no race on the schedule. Instead, the team focused on learning the new car and preparing it for competition. The new quarter midget features a striking white paint scheme with blue and gold accents. Under the body, the car is completely new, featuring a fresh chassis, engine, and supporting components.

Throughout the day, Seamus worked to get comfortable behind the wheel. Meanwhile, the crew evaluated the car and gathered feedback after every run. They then adjusted the gearing, throttle response, and other setup changes to establish a solid baseline.

Every new race car has its own personality. As a result, the test gave the team its first opportunity to understand how the new car responds. With each session, they collected valuable data that will help guide future adjustments.

Although the day ended without a checkered flag, the team considered the test a success. By the end of the session, they had made steady progress and completed the first important step in the car’s development. Looking ahead, the work is only beginning.
